Every donation to the Rett Syndrome Society of British Columbia is used to raise awareness, support families and fund research. R.S.S.B.C. does not receive any government funding. All members of the board are volunteers and although RSSBC is registered with the province of British Columbia we are not a registered charity with the Canadian Registry. This allows R.S.S.B.C. to raise funds but we are unable to write tax credit receipts at this time. 

Without us, Rett families could be left feeling desperate, scared and alone. Rett syndrome is so rare that many healthcare, education and social services professionals haven’t even heard of it – so the knowledge we provide can quite simply change lives. That’s why your donation is so important.
